Bringing transformation and hope to the nations.

  • Mission

To bring transformation and hope to the nations through the preaching of the gospel and assist men and women of all backgrounds to know JESUS CHRIST, grow in the Word of God and through faith experience the Ultimate in Christ.

Brief History

Matthew 16: 18 "And I say also unto thee, that thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell will not prevail against it".

With gratitude to God, fervent and enthusiastic prayer meetings and evangelism around the Ministries and Sport Stadium in the Month of June 2008, Ultimate Christian Ministry was birthed on Sunday July 6th 2008 with twenty-three (23) members comprising seven (7) children and sixteen (16) adults. The strong desire of the congregation to see the church grow coupled with the grace of God resulted in the church reaching a membership of a hundred (100) by December 2008. Currently, we have a registered membership of not less than four hundred (400) members and still counting. We have also been blessed with four vibrant branches at Weija, Sakaman, Nungua and New Gbawe. Even though we started at the COCOBOD Canteen that was given to us by the then CSSVDU (now CHED) of COCOBOD, we have moved on to the MUSIGA Auditorium at the Ministries, Accra whiles plans are underway to acquire land in the capital for our own auditorium.

The church has embarked on various social intervention programs. A number of individuals have been sponsored to undertake apprenticeship courses, school fees is still being paid for students with financial challenges, books have been bought to assist students in their learning, examination fees have been paid for others to enable them write their exams, free extra classes are organized periodically to assist the less academically endowed. Others have been supported with capital to boost their businesses. The church also continues to make donations to institutions like the Osu Children‘s Home, Teshie Orphanage, Accra Psychiatric Hospital and recently the Weija Leprosarium as a way of supporting the less privileged in our society. This is in line with the church’s vision of bringing transformation and hope to people especially the less privileged.
